I really enjoy campbell's kitchen they have tons of easy recipes!
I just make an easy peasy chicken noodle that's a huge hit. Have your chicken cooked, chopped it up, along with some garlic, carrots, celery, onions, zucchini, and broccoli. Toss in chicken broth and simmer until veggies are soft (I cook mine in the crock, you could too!) About an hour before it's served, toss in whatever pasta you want. :)
