My mother recently retired and one of the first things she did: become a Stampin' Up Independent Demonstrator.
Have you heard of Stampin' Up? Before my mom got involved in a stamping club I had not. I quickly learned they were a crafting company that sold all kinds of great stamping supplies to create very cool crafts!!
When I was in town to visit her one weekend I was able to go with her to her stamping club that is when I realized stamping is a lot of fun!! That night we made three cards, and I was hooked, if I lived closer to my Momma I would certainly join her monthly stamping club she now leads.
You can buy Stampin' Up supplies through my mom on her website. They carry stamps, paper, ink, punches, and so much more. They have all the supplies needed for stamping. Their paper is a great quality paper, you can really feel the differences between it and the paper you would buy at a craft store. I love that they carry ink pads and ink markers. That first crafting night I went with her to we used the markers to color in the stamps we had used. Of course most importantly they have the clearance section. I always start my browsing of any store in the clearance section.
